Current checkout status

No public camp registration or online checkout is active today. For private planning work, the signed agreement controls deposits, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds. Future public events will show event-specific cancellation deadlines and non-refundable pass-through costs before payment.

Billing questions

For a billing or cancellation question, email contact@camphang.com and include the purchaser name, transaction date, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never email a full card number, bank credential, password, or identity document.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Any future checkout will identify the seller, currency, price, recurring terms if any, and the policy that applies before payment.
